THE VISION:

Emelie & Chris adored Majorca, and visited often during their childhood and throughout their relationship together. So it was only natural that they wanted to celebrate their marriage in this beautiful town. They flew all of their guests from the US to celebrate a weekend of paella, fine wine, hikes and of course a romantic wedding set at the stunning Hotel Valldemosssa. With this in mind, we knew that the breathtaking locations, Spanish music and food would be a perfect way to set the scene of their film. We also focussed our attention on filming real, intimate moments between their 50 chosen guests, who were each so important to them.

THE SHORT FILM:

Condensing down a full weekend in Majorca was no easy task, however, Emeleie & Chris specifically wanted their film to be all the most emotional and happy highlights, retold in a beautiful, romantic and artistic style. So that’s exactly what we did!

We wanted to open up the film in a way that really set the scene, introducing the location of their intimate rehearsal dinner, and highlighting key guests that narrated their love story whilst we threw them back to a morning of hiking in the mountains of Valldemossa. We then brought the pace right down, to begin the build up to their ceremony, narrated beautifully by their vows. We then throw them into a montage of joy, happiness and laughter as the film climaxes to their evening reception and party!

THE TRAILER:

Their wedding was a tale of two halves so we chose to create a two sided trailer! The beginning captures the Spanish heat and vibe of the beautiful village of Valldemossa in Majorca. The second half captures pure joy and euphoria once they’re married, celebrating in style at their evening outdoor party.
